Creative Beans Studio Privacy Policy
Creative Beans studio and it’s websites, games and other applications (“we,”, “our”or “us”) believe that your privacy is really important. This Policy describes the personally identifiable information and other data that we will collect from you through the apps and games we provide, and how we will use and when we might display such data to third parties. Your installation and/or use of these Websites/Apps and/or submission of information to us establish your consent to this Privacy Policy and the processing of your information (personal and non-personal) as described in this policy. Please don’t use the Services if you do not agree to this Privacy Policy.
This policy applies to all Creative Beans Studio games and apps, including Goal Streak: Habit Tracker, Tocko: Stop Scrolling Timer and Pinko: Watch Later Video Board. These apps work differently from our games and collect much less information, so each has its own section near the end of this page. Where an app's section differs from the general sections, that app's section applies to it.
Information we collect
1. Personal information
The information which identifies you personally and/or can be used to contact you online or offline, such as your full name”, “physical address”, “email address”, “telephone number”, “photograph”, precise geo-location information”, credit card information and some of apps you may require to share your username.
2.Non-Personal Information
The information which does not identifies you and can not be used to contact you personally. It includes “your date of birth”, “age”, “ZIP code”, “your city”, “gender” as well as the information about your computer and mobile device such as unique device ID, Internet Protocol (IP) address, or other persistent identifiers, and their hardware/software/firmware. It also includes “usage data” which identifies the browser you use, identity of other apps on device, game process, play time, score and achievements, and URLs you visited and/or apps you used before after using our Apps.
How We Collect Information
If you sign up our services, open an account or in any other-way you require to submit information’s we may collect personal and non-personal information's. If you connect you social media account or any other third-party network such as Facebook or Game center, we may collect information’s like username, photographs, date of birth. If you choose to make a purchase through our Websites/Apps, we will collect your credit card information and other billing information. If you choose to send a message to another user or defined group of users through our message, chat, post or other in-game function, we may collect any Personal Information you may disclose through such means, as well as the necessary Personal Information of the user(s) you are contacting, in order to facilitate the communication (Note: we will never collect any information sent outside of the functionality of our Websites/Apps, including through emails or text messages). If you choose to enable push notifications, we may use your Personal Information, or Non-Personal Information such as a device ID, in order to send push notifications to your device. We may collect precise geolocation information provided that, prior to doing so initially, you will either be informed of this practice or be prompted to allow or block this feature. In the event you proceed with acquiring the Website/App or choose to allow this feature, you will be able to block it at any time thereafter by taking the appropriate steps in the Settings tab. Some of our Websites/Apps may read your device to determine what other apps have been installed and Non-Personal Information, such as your city and gender, may be inferred based on the identity of those apps. If you choose to submit your Personal Information to us for any other reason in any other form, we will collect such Personal Information and use it for the purposes for which you submitted it. We will not collect any Personal Information from you simply by virtue of your visiting our Website; we only collect it if you choose to submit it to us. We do, however, collect Non-Personal Information such as device IDs, IP addresses and other persistent identifiers, as well as Usage Data, whenever you use our Website/Apps. Such Non-Personal Information is not combined with Personal Information unless you choose to submit Personal Information to us
Cookies
Certain third-party advertisers may also make use of cookies in their ads served within our Websites/Apps. Such cookies will collect anonymous behavioral data which those advertisers may use to serve you targeted ads both within and outside of our Websites/Apps. You can opt out of that practice.
Use of Personal & Non-Personal Information
We will use your Personal Information to: •provide you with any goods, services, or functionality you have requested; •respond to any inquiries you have made through our customer service features; •contact you to promote our Websites/Apps, contests and any specials we may offer; •send you newsletters, promotions or marketing materials. Specifically, we may use your Non-Personal Information to: •track your use of our Websites/Apps to help us learn more about your gaming activities and understand your preferences and tendencies so that we can personalize your experience, provide you with in-game offers and notifications that are tailored to you, and otherwise enhance your gaming experience; •personalize your content and offers; •compile statistics; •respond to customer service inquiries; •protect against cheating, crime or fraud, or for other security reasons; •provide you advertising that better suits your interests, and profile and is age/gender–appropriate and targeted to your general location; •determine the jurisdiction in which you are located so we can determine what set of laws apply to you; •send you push notifications (if you choose to allow that function). We can also send links for other apps that we own.
Disclosure of the Personal Information and Non-Personal Information That We Collect
•We will not sell, rent or transfer your Personal Information to third parties without your prior consent. •We may share non-precise geolocation information or precise geolocation information (if you choose to allow us to collect it) with advertisers to allow them to display more relevant and geographically appropriate advertisements to you. •We may share your Usage Data and Non-Personal Information, such as device IDs, advertising IDs or other persistent identifiers and non-precise geolocation information with our advertising partners. Those partners may use your Non-Personal Information to serve you tailored advertisements outside of our Websites/Apps: please note that this sharing is limited to anonymous, aggregated Non-Personal Information only and we will not share your Personal Information with advertisers without your prior consent. •Our Websites/Apps offer social sharing features such as “Share” or “Like” on Facebook or other third-party social networking sites. If you decide to use such features, it may allow the sharing and collection of Personal Information and Non-Personal Information both to and from such third-party social networks. You should visit the policies of such third parties for more information about their information collection practices. •We will not store your credit card information. In order to process credit card payments, we will use the service of a secure third-party credit card processor. •We use the services of third parties who will have limited access to your Personal Information to be used for specific purposes. These purposes may include credit card processing, prize delivery, marketing assistance, customer service, and data analysis. The third parties we contract with for these purposes will be authorized to use your Personal Information only for the purposes for which the party was engaged. ADVERTISING: Ads appearing on our services (Games/Apps or Website) may be delivered to Users by advertising partners (Third party), who may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognize your Device each time they send you an online advertisement to compile non personal identification information about you or others who use your Device. This information allows ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. This privacy policy does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers. We are currently availing below mentioned ads services.

Children's Privacy
We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Opting Out of Marketing
You may opt-out of receiving promotional emails from us by following the instructions in those emails. If you opt-out, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as emails about your accounts or our ongoing business relations. You may also opt-out of receiving SMS notifications from us via the settings on your device.
Consent to Public Display of Data Upon Your Acceptance
We may publicly display your data when you participate in-game related activities for the purposes of user identification. If you use Third Party Social Networks to participate in-game related activities, including but not limited to participation in leader boards, multi-player games or the downloading and uploading of content, Creative Beans Studio. and its affiliates may also collect, use, store, transmit and publicly display statistical data regarding game play (including scores, rankings and achievements), or identify content that is created and shared by you with other players. Data that personally identifies you is collected, used, stored and transmitted in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Updates to this Privacy Policy
Our privacy policy may change from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the bottom of the privacy statement. We will obtain your opt-in consent for any updates to this Privacy Policy that materially expand the sharing or use of your personal information in ways not disclosed in this Privacy Policy at the time of collection. Acceptance of the terms: By using Creative beans studio games and Apps, you agree to the terms of this policy. If you do not accept the terms in this policy. Please do not use our games and Apps. The continued use of our products after any amendment of this privacy policy will be deemed your acceptance of the changes and/or new terms. Creative beans studio reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at reasonable times, so please review it frequently. Your continued use of Services will signify your acceptance of the changes to this Privacy Policy.
Goal Streak: Habit Tracker
Goal Streak: Habit Tracker ("Goal Streak") is an Android habit and goal tracker published on Google Play by Creative Beans Studio. The following applies to Goal Streak.
Your goals stay on your phone. The goals, daily answers, notes and streaks you enter are stored only on your device. They are not sent to us or to any server. Goal Streak has no accounts, sign-ups or log-ins, and we cannot see your data. Uninstalling the app deletes it. Goal Streak does not collect your name, address, email, phone number, photos, contacts, precise location or payment card details, and does not use social network log-ins, chat, leaderboards or push marketing.
Backups you create. If you use Backup and restore (Pro), the app writes a file to the location you choose, such as your phone storage or a cloud drive. That file is under your control and we never receive it.
Reminders. Daily check-in reminders are scheduled on your device with Android notifications. No reminder data leaves your phone.
Advertising. The free version of Goal Streak shows ads served by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google's ads software collects your device's IP address (which can be used to estimate approximate location), app interactions, diagnostic information, and device identifiers such as the Android advertising ID. This data is collected and processed by Google under its own privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, the app asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's Settings under Privacy, Ads. Goal Streak Pro removes all ads.
Purchases. Goal Streak Pro is a one-time purchase sold through Google Play, and Google handles the payment. We do not receive your card or payment details. The app only asks Google Play whether Pro is owned on your Google account.
Children. Goal Streak is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children through Goal Streak.
Deleting your data. Because Goal Streak data is stored only on your device, you can delete it at any time by deleting goals in the app, clearing the app's storage in Android Settings, or uninstalling the app.
Tocko: Stop Scrolling Timer
Tocko: Stop Scrolling Timer ("Tocko", package com.junaid.tocko) is an Android screen time tracker published on Google Play by Creative Beans Studio. The following applies to Tocko and overrides the general sections above for this app.
Usage Access. Tocko uses Android's Usage Access permission to see which app is currently on screen, so it can count the time you spend in the apps you chose to track. It only records the app's name, the time spent and when it happened. It never reads your messages, posts, photos or anything inside other apps.
Display over other apps. Tocko uses this permission only to show its floating timer and break reminder on top of the app you are using.
Notifications and background service. Tocko runs a foreground service with a status notification so it can keep counting while you use other apps. Vibration is used for the buzz when a reminder appears.
Your data stays on your phone. All usage data and settings are stored only on your device. They are not sent to us or to any server. Tocko has no accounts, sign-ups or log-ins, no analytics and no ads, and we cannot see your data. Nothing is sold or shared with anyone.
Purchases. Tocko Pro is a one-time purchase handled by Google Play. Payment details are processed by Google under Google's own privacy policy. The app only receives confirmation that Pro was bought.
Children. Tocko is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.
Deleting your data. Because Tocko data is stored only on your device, clearing the app's storage in Android Settings or uninstalling Tocko deletes all of it.
Rocket Roadster
Rocket Roadster does not ask for your name, email or any account. Your game progress (levels, coins, cars) is stored only on your device.
The game shows ads through Google AdMob and its partner networks (AppLovin and Unity Ads). These services may collect your device’s advertising ID, approximate location based on your IP address, device information, and how you interact with ads. They use it to show and measure ads, prevent fraud, and produce analytics. Users in the EU and UK are asked for consent before personalized ads are shown.
You can reset or turn off your advertising ID in your phone’s Settings → Google → Ads. To stop all data collection, uninstall the app.

Moto Seasons

Moto Seasons (“the game”) is a bike stunt racing game published by Creative Beans Studio. This section explains what information the game uses and why.
Information we do not collect
We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location. The game has no account or sign-in.
Game progress stored on your device
Your progress, coins, bikes, upgrades and settings are saved only on your device. This data is never sent to us. If you uninstall the game or clear its data, this progress is deleted.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game shows ads through Google AdMob: optional reward videos, and full-screen ads between some levels. To show and measure ads, AdMob may collect:
- your device’s advertising ID
- general device information (model, operating system, language)
- approximate location based on IP address
- how you interact with ads
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before personalized ads are shown, using Google’s consent tool. You can reset your advertising ID or turn off ad personalization at any time in your Android settings under Google > Ads.

In-app purchases (Google Play)
Coin packs, Remove Ads and the Mega Bundle are processed by Google Play. We never see or store your payment details. Google Play tells the game only that a purchase was completed, so the game can deliver your item.
Children
Moto Seasons is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information through the game, contact us and we will help remove it.
Data security
Data sent by the Google services used in the game is encrypted in transit.
Changes to this policy
We may update this section when the game changes. The effective date above shows the latest version.
Pinko: Watch Later Video Board
Pinko: Watch Later Video Board ("Pinko", package com.junaid.pinko) is an Android app for saving video links to boards and watching them later, published on Google Play by Creative Beans Studio. The following applies to Pinko and overrides the general sections above for this app. In short: your data stays on your phone.
What the app stores. The links you share to Pinko, their titles and thumbnails, the boards you create, your notes and tags, and your reminder times. All of it is saved in a file inside the app's private storage on your phone. There is no account and no sign up.
Internet. When you pin a link, Pinko asks that website (for example YouTube, Instagram, Facebook or TikTok) for the video's public title and thumbnail, the same way a messaging app shows a link preview. Only the link itself is sent, directly from your phone to that website. Nothing is sent to us.
Notifications, alarms and startup. Used only to remind you to watch a video at the time you picked, for weekly watch times you set on a board, and to set your reminders again after your phone restarts.
Where your data goes. Nowhere. Pinko has no servers, no analytics, no ads and no tracking. We never see, collect, sell or share your data. If you use Share board as a card or Back up to a file, the image or backup file goes only where you choose to send or save it.
Purchases. Pinko Pro is a one-time purchase handled entirely by Google Play. We don't receive your payment details. The app only checks with Google Play whether Pro is owned on your account.
Deleting your data. Delete pins and boards inside the app at any time. Uninstalling Pinko, or clearing its data in Android Settings, deletes everything.
Children. Pinko is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any personal information.

Ball Buddies: Conveyor Sort
Ball Buddies: Conveyor Sort ("Ball Buddies", package com.junaid.ballbuddies) is a color sort puzzle game. This section applies to Ball Buddies and takes priority over the general sections above where they differ.
What the game stores. Your unlocked levels, stars, coins and sound, music and vibration settings. All of this is stored only on your device and is never sent to us. The game has no account or sign-in and does not collect your name, email, contacts, photos or precise location.
Advertising. The game shows ads through Google AdMob: rewarded video ads you choose to watch, full-screen ads between some levels, and a banner on the Level Clear screen. To show and measure ads, AdMob may collect your advertising ID, your IP address and approximate location from it, device information (model, Android version, language), ad interactions, and crash and diagnostic data. This is used for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention, is sent over encrypted connections, and is handled under the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and How Google uses information from apps (https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites).
Your choices. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland the game shows Google's consent form before ads are personalized. You can turn off personalized ads, or reset or delete your advertising ID, in your phone's Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads).
Where your data goes. We do not sell personal information, and nothing is shared beyond what Google AdMob collects as described here.
Deleting your data. Uninstall the game or clear its app data in Android Settings to delete all game progress and settings.
Children. Ball Buddies is intended for players 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
